The brilliant and Patented design from Richter & Muller is proving to be the most successful and cost effective way of re-distributing excess ballast. Purely mechanical, it has multi-adjustable wings which can be swung round forward or trailing behind. These wings can also be tilted down to collect stone from out of the middle of dished sleepers.
