An all hydraulic sleeper beam that collects the sleepers and then spaces them apart to a pre-set distance.

An all patented design that has seen off numerous attempts to copy it. Brilliantly simple and so quick and effective. The latest models come equipped to ‘batch’ or pull together sleepers that are not sitting ‘shoulder to shoulder’. This means that newly loaded sleepers, that are irregularly spaced on the wagons are no problem anymore. Also, incorporated, is a safety feature that disallows accidental dropping of sleepers whilst in mid-air. (Always handy!).

The new HSG5 is also designed to collect old sleepers insitu, pull them out and reload them away. A sleeper spacer that is over engineered to an extreme.

Timber or concrete sleepers. Also, be-spoke designs for Rheda 2000 slab track or twin-block sleepers, whatever you want.

This really is a labour saving device par excellence. There is no need for anybody to be atop the wagons, and of course is fully VAB’d and Network Rail approved.
