This is the piece everybody is talking about because it is not confined to one application. So it’s utilisation is very high and there is no chance of it sitting around waiting for work to come along.

It is a patented design that will:

• Excavate wet-beds.
• Suck up liquids, contaminated or otherwise.
• Load and carry of loose track ballast. (ie track ballast in the event of redistribution of excess stone).
• Collection and separation of contaminated material from out of track ballast (coal dust, etc)

It is a real maintenance mans dream...from digging out around S & C to sucking up contaminated waste around platforms. The TubeCube can do it all. Once full, it has 2 hydraulically operated bottom dump doors to empty out of, either all at once or gradually and evenly.

It can operate down to effective depths of 2 metres and also the standard diameter hose of 250mm can be downsized to 150/100mm with a variety of adaptors and extensions.
